The Gurgaon Utsav was established in 2012, and is a residents’ initiative for the people of Gurgaon, establishing a platform for an invigorating interaction between citizens and the performing arts. The Utsav features innovative theatre, dance and music with a strong link with tradition. This annual event will continue to provide Gurgaon with cultural activity under the aegis of Arts and Literature Foundation. The amphitheatre of the Biodiversity Park, the home of the annual Utsav, is a very unusual space that acts as an oasis of nature and culture in a city with a very frenetic pace.

The Department of Culture, Government of Haryana supports the Gurgaon Utsav.
